DOTAG MANAGER PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice explains who we are, how we collect and process personal data about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

We are Premode Oy, developer of DOTAG ® applications and services. For details about how to contact us, see the “How To Contact Us” section below.

Please be informed, that the downloading or use of DOTAG FAST application and DOTAG PRO application (collectively “Applications”) does not create to us any access to Your personal data. Consequently, We do not collect, process or store Your personal data, provided that Applications are not used with or otherwise connected to DOTAG MANAGER as further explained below.

However, we would still remind You that although we are not collecting or processing Your personal data by the use of Applications, the Applications are distributed via Google and by using Google services Your personal data is collected, processed and stored by Google. Consequently, in order to download and use the Application You must review, observe and accept the terms, conditions and policies of Google also in relation to privacy matters. Premode Oy assumes no responsibility or liability arising out of or related to the privacy of Google and/or any consequences thereof.

The following part of this Privacy Notice applies to Your personal data that we collect in connection to our DOTAG MANAGER ( “Service”), which is a special service provided by us based on Your subscription order and registering an account by us. Service is used in connection with Applications. Applications and Service are also governed by the applicable Terms of Use.

1. What personal data do we collect from You when subscribing and using the Service

When subscribing and registering Your account for the Service, we collect:

– Your name and email address company name for as organisation

– The names and email addresses company name for as organisation of other users of Your Service account

This data is collected via Your subscription order and regularly updated by us upon receipt of Your update information as agreed in Your subscription order.

We collect this data in order to:

– process Your order and manage Your Service account

– provide You and other users the Service and the access to operate the Service

– send you service-related communications including confirmations, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support/administrative messages

– respond to Your customer support requests (e.g. if you write to us with a complaint)

– improve the Service and keep it secure

– receive error messages about any issues you/your device encounters with our Service to enable us to fix bugs and interoperability issues

– detect and prevent illegal activities (e.g. hacking or cheating)

– comply with our legal obligations

– exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or to protect Your vital interests or those of any other person

– prevent and/or detect fraud or fraudulent behaviour

For the sake of clarity, we do not use Your information for other purposes such as marketing or sales of our services or services of someone else. For the sake of clarity, we do not consider service related communication such as information of of new features or similar service and user related information as a marketing.

2. How we store Your personal data

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect the personal data that we collect about you and process. The measures we adopt are designed to provide a level of security appropriate for the degree of risk involved with processing your personal data. Specific measures include encrypting your personal data in transit and at rest.

When using the Service Your personal data is stored and processed in Finland by us and our third party service partners. It is not transferred or processed in any other country. However, please be advised that when using the Applications downloaded by Google, the personal information of You and Your Google account is collected, registered, stored and processed by Google under the Google policies, which we have no influence.

We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so. For example, to provide you with the Service, or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or de-identify it, or, if this is not possible – for example, because your personal information has been stored on a backup server – then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

3. What are Your Data Protection Rights

You have the following data protection rights:

(a) The right to access

You have the right to request for copies of Your personal data. We may charge You a small fee for this service

(b) The right to rectification

You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is not inaccurate. You have also right to request that we complete information that You believe is uncomplete.

(c) The right to erasure

You have the right the we erase your personal data, under certain conditions

(d) The right to restrict processing

You have the right to request that we restrict processing of Your personal data, under certain conditions

(e) The right to object processing

You have the right to object us to process Your personal data, under certain conditions

(f) The right to data portability

You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to You, under certain conditions.

You may exercise your rights by contacting us using the information in the “How To Contact Us” section below. We will respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

In addition to above You have the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority.

4. Who do we share Your personal data

We may share Your personal data with the following types of recipients:

(a) With, third-party service providers and partners who provide data processing services to us (for example, to support the delivery of, provide functionality on, or help enhance the security of our Services), or parties that otherwise process personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice or communicated to you when we collect your personal information. (b) With any competent law enforcement body, regulatory authority, government agency, court of law or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person.

(c) With a potential or actual buyer (and its agents and advisers) in connection with any proposed or actual purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business, provided that we inform the buyer it must use your personal data solely for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Notice

(d) With any other person, with your consent for such disclosure.

5. Updates to the Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time in response to changing legal, technical or business developments. When we update our Privacy Notice, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, in accordance with the significance of the changes we make.
